Hy-chrome mud pump liners, made with a high chrome/iron sleeve or bi-metal sleeve into a forged steel hull, with shoulder (or HP, or stopper), can withstand the highest hoop stresses. The HRC can be from 60 to 64.
Chrome-plated
Chrome-plated liners, made from forged steel, have cores plated by chrome. The HRC can be from 58 to 62.
Hardened Steel
Hardened steel liners can be made with a seamless steel tube or forged steel. The HRC can be from 58 to 62.

F-1000 single acting triplex mud pumps are authorized by Continental Emsco Company to manufacture in China and fully conform to Continental Emsco Company’s technical requirement.
F-1000 mud pumps are rated at longer stroke length and relatively low stroke per minute. It can increase the service life of expendable parts of fluid end assembly
The fluid end assembly mainly consists of fluid end, valve assembly, liners and pistons. Fluid end is made of forged alloy steel and three fluid ends of each pump are interchangeable. The suction valve and discharge valve of F mud pump are interchangeable. Liners use Bi metal, the sleeve is made of wear resisting cast iron. Piston and piton rod are of slide fit and sealed with rubber seal rings and are fastened with lock nuts to prevent the piston from loosing.
The valve seat bores have bottom shoulders. The piston and liners are spray lubricated and cooled which allow an extended service life.
The power end assembly mainly consists of frame, crankshaft, pinion shaft,crosshead and extension rod.
· Continuous tooth herringbone gear.
· One-piece alloy steel crankshaft.
· Replaceable crosshead guides.
· Frame fabricated steel plate weldment provides the optimum rigidity, high strength and lightweight.
· Double sealing structure for extension rod provides good sealing.
· Power end utilizes the combination lubricating system of forced lubrication and splashing lubrication. |
